The boutiques and the orphan, Hackett, EY, RH+Protiviti, sit cautious on the left, where a people-and-process model has less to gain from declaring the revolution.
But notice the vertical: almost no one clears the top of the proof axis. The field clusters in the middle band, plenty of belief, thinner proof, and the lower-right is the danger zone, where an aggressive thesis outruns what a firm can actually show.
The map measures who is loudest and who can back it. It cannot measure the thing that matters most, which is the point of the line below.
